He looks after the operational aspects and administrative affairs of the Company. He provides strategic guidance to our Company.
Mr. Sadhanala Venkata Rao is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary and Law Graduate having more than three decades of experience in handling a diverse team of Finance, Legal and Secretarial and Managing Finance effectively, Legal Compliance, Corporate Governance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Public Issues, Private Equity deals Contract/Litigation Management and Secretarial functions. He has previously worked with various corporates and work as an Independent Corporate and Financial Consultant.
Ms. Geetha Rukmini Vankadaru has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director and Women Director of our Company. She possess experienced knowledge of farming and is also experienced in checking the quality of the seeds. She supports and advises for operational development of the Company.
Mr. Chowdary Muppavarapu has been appointed as the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He is a qualified Graduate and is having around seven years of experience in the field of Agricultural and Farming Services. He advises on the administrative affairs and strategic matters of the Company.
Mr. Veera VenkataSatyanarayana Aakana has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has completed his Graduation in Commerce. He is entrusted with the Financial and Accounting matters of the Company.
Ms. Nisha Chowdhary is qualified Company Secretary/Compliance Officer of the Company. She is associate with us from May 11, 2024. Her Professional Experience in the field of Corporate Law, Listing Compliances etc.
